Thank you purchasing tickets with Theatre Wire, and supporting local, independent, and Fringe theatre! Please take a look below to find out our policies, general info, and answers to some frequently asked questions.

Theatre Wire Ticket Policies – Single Tickets and Tickets within a Subscription Package

Theatre Wire tickets and Subscription Packages are non-refundable.

Tickets within a Subscription may be exchanged for the same show, pending availability, up to 48 hours before the performance. Please contact our box office to exchange tickets.

Many shows do not allow latecomers due to the intimate nature of the theatres. Please arrive on time, as refunds are not given for latecomers or missed performances.

Please bring your ticket with you to the venue, printed or mobile versions are accepted. If you cannot find your ticket, please log into your account, click Tickets, and select Reprint, your ticket will be emailed to you!
