Dancing Lessons: an exploration of an unlikely pair

By admin | September 19, 2019

Starring Sandra Medeiros and Andrew Coghlan, Dancing Lessons (on Oct. 4-20) is playwright Mark St. Germain’s exploration of an unlikely pair. In it, neighbours Ever Montgomery and Senga Quinn finally meet when Ever, who lives with Asperger’s, will have to dance at a mandatory work function. He asks Senga, a now (and possibly permanently) injured Broadway dancer, to give him lessons.

Naked Goddess Productions will be presenting the Western Canadian premiere of Dancing Lessons, a show The New York Times called “a touching, entertaining blend of … fish-out-of-water comedy, an odd-couple romance [and] a compassionate, understanding-autism homily.”
