General Ticket Policies:

Printed or digital tickets are accepted.

Theatre Wire tickets are non-refundable, however, but we may make exceptions on a case by case basis. Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show. We require at least two business days notice to exchange tickets.

Many shows do not allow latecomers due to the intimate nature of the theatres. Please arrive on time, as refunds are not given for latecomers or missed performances.

Please bring your ticket with you to the venue. Printed or mobile versions are accepted.
