There are only three more opportunities to see Alley Theatre’s #whatnow, a workshop production in response to the #metoo movement. Tonight, July 25, is a female-identified audience only night, July 26 is for male-identified patrons only, and the final night, July 27, is open to all.

#whatnow is produced by Alley Theatre in community partnership with Good Night Out Vancouver and created by Marisa Emma Smith, Amber Funk Barton, Malcolm Dow, Patrick Dodd, Siobhan Sloane-Seale, Yvonne Wallace, and Jessica Mary Keenan, with mentorship from Sahar Assaf, Tim Carlson, and Mindy Parfitt.

Check out this article written by Artistic Producer and one of #whatnows creators, Marisa Emma Smith. Written for Ruby Slippers Theatre‘s editorial, The Flying Monkey, Marisa shares her thoughts on the responsibility of managing trauma on stage and off.

#whatnow has just three performances left: July 25, 26, and 27 at the ANNEX, located at 823 Seymour Street. Buy your tickets now!
